Welcome to Pi Lottery<\/strong> (the \u201cApp\u201d). These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.<\/p>

By using Pi Lottery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.<\/p>

    3. Pi Network Integration<\/strong><\/h2>
    1. Login and Authentication<\/strong>: The App uses the Pi Network SDK for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pi Network credentials.<\/li>
    2. Payments<\/strong>: Lottery ticket purchases and prize distributions may be conducted in Pi. The Pi Network handles transaction processing, and we do not store your private keys.<\/li><\/ol>

      4. Lottery Participation<\/strong><\/h2>
      1. Ticket Purchases<\/strong>: You may buy lottery tickets using Pi. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds are provided unless otherwise specified.<\/li>
      2. Draw Mechanics<\/strong>: The App randomly selects winners using algorithms or randomization methods. The exact process may be detailed in the App or accompanying documentation.<\/li>
      3. Prize Distribution<\/strong>: Winners will be notified within the App, and prizes are distributed via Pi Network transactions.<\/li><\/ol>

        5. User Conduct<\/strong><\/h2>

        When using the App, you agree not to:<\/p>

        1. Violate Laws<\/strong>: Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.<\/li>
        2. Infringe Rights<\/strong>: Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.<\/li>
        3. Disrupt Services<\/strong>: Interfere with or disrupt the App\u2019s functionality, servers, or networks.<\/li>
        4. Fraudulent Activities<\/strong>: Attempt to manipulate the lottery, cheat, or commit fraud.<\/li><\/ol>

          6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>
          1. Ownership<\/strong>: All content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to us.<\/li>

                You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising out of or related to:<\/p>

                  We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.<\/p>
