Welcome to Pi Lottery (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pi Lottery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the lottery.
  2. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the App.

3. Pi Network Integration

  1. Login and Authentication: The App uses the Pi Network SDK for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pi Network credentials.
  2. Payments: Lottery ticket purchases and prize distributions may be conducted in Pi. The Pi Network handles transaction processing, and we do not store your private keys.

4. Lottery Participation

  1. Ticket Purchases: You may buy lottery tickets using Pi. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds are provided unless otherwise specified.
  2. Draw Mechanics: The App randomly selects winners using algorithms or randomization methods. The exact process may be detailed in the App or accompanying documentation.
  3. Prize Distribution: Winners will be notified within the App, and prizes are distributed via Pi Network transactions.

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

  1. Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Infringe Rights: Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  3. Disrupt Services: Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality, servers, or networks.
  4. Fraudulent Activities: Attempt to manipulate the lottery, cheat, or commit fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to us.
  2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  1. The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  2. The lottery results will be free from errors or inaccuracies.
  3. Any defects will be corrected promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your inability to use the App.
  2. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing or using the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. Your use or misuse of the App.
  2. Your violation of these Terms.
  3. Your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
